Free indicative hints on shabby chic chandelier

This chandelier compares to much more expensive versions. My favorite part is that it just plugs in- no need to hardwire it- looks beautiful and chic in my living room.

I'm trying to find a style (for my apt) that has the feel of these pictures, how can I decorate... ?

I like placing cute japanese stuffed animals everywhere and I absolutely love chandeliers and I like to have hints of... kind of like...dark rock glamor. (Maybe it's a little too opposite to look good together?)Any ideas/suggestions?

   I have not hung the chandelier yet, but I am very pleased with the look and quality so far. I think it’s going to be a great accent in the nursery.

   I was very excited about my product while ordering. After I recieved it I loved how small it was and compact. But Not all the crystals are glass and it looks way used when I purchased new. I zoomed in the picture before and after receiving it and they look totally different paint finish wise. I bought something that says it was elagant but it looks antique.
