A chandelier is not a chandelier because of its size. Its quite possible that you do have a chandelier. Technically a chandelier is a ceiling-mounted light fixture with two or more arms bearing lights. Mini chandeliers are all the rage right now. Lots of people are starting to place chandeliers in a variety of rooms where a large chandelier would look out of place. There is a great selection of mini chandeliers that have just the same type of dimensions as your fixture: http://www.everychandelier.com/Mini-Chandelier-C53035.html
