I'm really in love with the whole distressed furniture / chipped white paint look for my apartment. ( http://www.shabbychic.com/ ) Target has Simply Shabby shabby chic furniture san diego Chic which is the less expensive version of Shabby Chic. I know SF has a Shabby Chic store but I'm looking for a place with a more reasonable price. I was thinking IKEA, but all their stuff looks really modern. Does anyone know of any good places in SF to buy shabby chicish furniture? I prefer new furniture that lowoops...I prefer new furniture that looks used, but used furniture in good condition works too.

The pile has been moved from the chair to here. Works great for the fireman helmet, batting helmet and baseball caps as well as rain coats, jackets and sweatshirts. And its Cubbies!!! (we also got the Giants rocker, poor kid.. mom’s a cubs fan, dad’s a giants fan)

Awesome design; I bought it for my 2YO son, but my daughter loves it too. Very sturdy and super easy to assemble. Actually plan to get one for my daughter so they don’t fight over it.

This Brewers lamp is hard to rate. I LOVE how it LOOKS, but the quality is just ok. It’s a bit smaller than I pictured it would be. The lamp shade is connected to the base VERY poorly and after a few months the lamp shade already fell off, there is not a way to fix it, I’ll have to take it in some where. So, because of the shade and having to deal with finding a place to fix it, I would have to say that I wouldn’t have bought it (even though I still think it’s the nicest looking one out there).
